Return to Current Issue | NPA and FTC Partner up for Predatory Lending Hearings

1. The FTC will attend seven meetings on predatory lending held by local NPA groups over the next 12 months.

2. Ron Issac or his designee will represent the national office of the FTC at each of these local meetings.

3. Ron Isaac will request that the regional directors from the appropriate regional FTC office to attend the meetings.

4. Periodically, Ron Isaac or his designee with equal authority will update NPA in writing what the FTC's plans for following-up on the meetings are.

5. Ron Isaac or his designee will come to the NPA Conference next spring to report actions taken and results achieved because of these local meetings.
